1. Acceptance
By using Gavi Corner you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms can change — we'll update the "last updated" date and note material changes on the home page for a few days.
2. Who we are (and aren't)
Gavi Corner is an independent fan-journalism project. We are not FC Barcelona, LaLiga, UEFA, the RFEF, the player Pablo Gavi, or his family. Nothing here is an official statement from any of those parties. See the Code of Ethics for how we source, label, and correct stories.
3. Cornerist accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU, where applicable).
- One account per person. No impersonating Pablo Gavi, FC Barcelona staff, journalists, or anyone you aren't.
- Keep your email and password safe — you're responsible for what your account does.
- We can suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. We'll explain why when we can.
4. Comments and user content
When you post a comment, you keep ownership of what you wrote. By posting it, you grant Gavi Corner a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, translate, and remove it as needed to operate the site. You're responsible for making sure your comment is yours to post.
Do not post:
- Harassment, threats, slurs, or targeted abuse of any person, club, or fan group.
- Doxxing — sharing private contact details of Pablo, his family, journalists, or other users.
- Spam, scams, or commercial promotions you haven't been asked for.
- Content you don't have the right to share (copyrighted photos, ripped videos, etc.).
- NSFW imagery or content that targets minors.
We can remove any content for any of the above reasons without notice. Repeat offenders lose their account.
5. Edits and fan media
The "Edits" section contains fan-made montages and graphics created by the Gavi Corner team or contributors. These are creative interpretations using publicly available match imagery and music, labeled as fan work. If you believe a specific edit infringes your rights as a rights-holder, please use the takedown contact below — we'll respond promptly.
6. Bookmarks, scores, leaderboard
Cornerist scores, badges, and the leaderboard are operated by us in good faith. The score system is meant to reward genuine reading and commenting — not to be farmed. We reserve the right to reset scores, remove badges, or adjust the leaderboard if we detect abuse. We won't do this without a reason.
7. Third-party content
Instagram embeds, fonts, and account-related scripts are loaded from third parties listed in our Privacy Policy. Their content is theirs, not ours. We are not responsible for what they display or how they operate.
8. No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We try hard to keep it accurate, fast, and available, but we can't promise it will always be online, free of bugs, or perfectly current. Use of the site is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Gavi Corner is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site (lost data, missed information, etc.). Nothing in these terms tries to limit liability for things the law doesn't allow us to limit.
10. Takedown and disputes
Rights-holders or anyone concerned about a specific piece of content can reach us via the contact listed on the Code of Ethics page. We'll review takedown requests in good faith and respond promptly. For everything else, we prefer to resolve disputes by talking first.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the site operator's residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that can't be resolved informally are subject to the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
