How points work

Sign in as a Cornerist to earn points. Everything below is tracked server-side — no double-dipping on reloads.

Reading & exploring

• +3 the first time you open a news article, match page, or training section (once per piece).
• +1 the first time you scroll to the end of a news article (~85%, once per article).

Engaging

• +5 the first time you like a news article, match page, or training section (once each — removing your like takes the points back).
• +2 the first comment you post on any article, match, or training thread (once per thread).

Active time

• +1 for every 10 minutes on the site while signed in and this tab is visible.

Daily habits

• +2 once per day when you sign in (22-hour cooldown).
• +10 bonus when you reach a 7-day login streak.
• +30 bonus when you reach a 30-day login streak.

Sharing

• +3 when you share a news article via a share button (once per article per 24 hours).

Badges

Milestone badges appear on your profile as you go — Welcome, first comment, first like, first share, score clubs (50 / 100 / 500 / 1000 pts), 10 comments, 10 articles read to the end, and streak badges. They celebrate progress; streak bonuses above are separate point awards.

Fair play

• Points require a signed-in account. Guests can read everything but don’t rank.
• The server deduplicates views, likes, and comments — farming or refreshing won’t help.
• We may adjust values over time; your total always reflects the live rules.
